We gladly accept eligible products for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase/delivery with the original sales receipt. It’s important that our Aquatic Outfitters customers are satisfied with their purchases. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Defective Products will be replaced free of charge within 30 days with the original sales receipt.
Online Orders must be returned within 30 days of order shipment date with the original sales receipt.
Custom Apparel such as caps, suits and t-shirts with team logos are final sale.
Speedo Products must be returned within 30 days with the original sales receipt. These products can only be exchanged and no credit given.
Tech Suits can only be returned within 30 days if the original tags are still attached and the suit is in pristine, unworn condition. All returns must be accompanied by an Aquatic Outfitters receipt and meet our criteria to be resold to another customer. Aquatic Outfitters reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Tech Suits that are purchased at a discount greater than 20% are final sale.
No Returns or Exchanges can be given on items worn in the water.
All Clearance Items are final sale.
